You should always consider try to measure the potential success of your clan if you're above the clan average (clans usually have the top 50% having to support the bottom 50%), as such. My post will be more towards considering clan health in terms of advancement ability and discussing good ways to consider commanders. My lack of tier 10's eliminates me from several clans apparently. Instead of grinding one line, I've been grinding multiple lines through multiple nations. I currently don't have any tier 10 tanks. I guess that is a good sign I need to move on. In the Noobmeter performance rating I'm #1 in my clan for 60 day stats. In 30 day WN7, I'm number 4 or 5 depending on what site I look at. When I looked up the top 10 WN7 players in my clan individually to see their 60 day WN8 I think I was number 5 or 6. The clan 60 day WN8 stats on wotlabs aren't working for me. I haven't been able to find 60 day WN8 for my entire clan in a list. I've heard the stories and read the interviews on the World of Tanks web page back in November. Most of the members in AOD back then left for other clans or they are still with AOD, but in other game divisions. There are a few people left in AOD from the early days of clan wars that were in the training divisions when AOD held a lot of land. Signs are roughly top ~5-10 of your clans 60 day WN8. You could qualify for one of the lower Petco clans, which, as I know of, do actively do CW. Go back further down the history more than just 1 year ago and you'll find AOD was once a powerhouse. Of course that really hasn't improved my skills. Also the occasional tank company and clan wars battle. We do regular tournaments and team battles. The only thing that has prevented me leaving so far is I'm having fun in my current clan. So at this point, I'm wondering if I'd become a better player and learn more about the game if I switched to another clan? My win rate has been stagnant, but my WN7/WN8 keep climbing. When we do tank companies and team battles I usually am among the top in damage and kills. Over the past few months, when I look at the stats of my clan members who are active in the game on a somewhat regular basis, I noticed that my 30 day, 60 day, and last 1,000 battle stats are usually in the top 10. I platoon a lot less frequently than I use to. The members I use to enjoy platooning with all left.
Some left to play other games or join other clans. Without getting into details, some disagreement happened among clan members over the way thing were going last year and a bunch of people left. Last year when I joined, there were many much more experienced payer in my clan. Some of you people who have been around a long time know the history of my current clan, AOD. I'm wondering when someone should switch to a different clan.
